We all know that life brings many obstacles that can lead to long, hard days that bring on lots of stress. Stress can be very hard to deal with and can be problematic on both your body and your mind. Before considering dieting you should evaluate your lifestyle. Ask yourself a set of questions to find out why you think you should be on a diet (How much/little do you eat? What do you eat? When do you eat? Do you workout?…). By first looking at your daily life you can figure out what it is that you want to change and can physically change. For example, if you find yourself snacking tons, find out why. Is it because you didn’t eat enough earlier? Maybe you are just bored?
